HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
Earn 1 point for every dollar spent using your customer account. You'll automatically receive a $10 reward for every 300 points. (You'll also receive a $25 reward for your birthday when you provide your birth month!) Rewards can be redeemed on any Harpers purchase - apparel, accessories, Penn State gear, sale merchandise, and made-to-measure clothing included.
HOW DO I ENROLL?
In Store: Provide your name and email address at the register.
Online: Create an account. Select Enroll in Rewards at Checkout.
*If you already earn Rewards but you've never used them online before, follow the same process. Just make sure you create an account using the same email you currently use for Rewards!
HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS?
In Store: Let us know you'd like to redeem your Rewards at the register!
Online: View and select your available Rewards at Checkout. A code will be generated that you can apply to your order. (You'll need to enroll first - see above!)
DO MY REWARDS EXPIRE?
Rewards expire 60 days after they are generated. Birthday Rewards can be redeemed during your birth month, but they expire on the first of the next month.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
When you make a return, all points earned from the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
If you exchange an item that was purchased using Rewards, you can reapply those Rewards to the new item. Rewards are not refundable as cash or via credit card. If you would like a refund for a purchase made using Rewards, we will refund the amount paid after Rewards were applied.
