SHIPPING & RETURNS

Online Order Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We charge a $10 shipping rate for most online orders, and we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders consisting of smaller items will be eligible for a $4 USPS First Class Mail shipping option.

Online Order Returns

Exchanges: If you would prefer a different product, size, style, or color - please ship the item back to us via UPS, FedEx, or US Mail with your order information and the item you would like in exchange. If you choose to place a new order for your preferred item (to be processed as quickly as possible), please send the first item back and your refund will be issued as soon as it's received.

Please return all items to the address below in saleable condition. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for the full processing of your return.

Normally, items purchased from Harpers may be returned or exchanged within 90 days, with or without a receipt. Returns made after 30 days will receive store credit only.

**We will cover return shipping costs in the case of manufacturer defect/damage or our error in shipping an incorrect item. Please contact us to request a shipping label.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Clearance sale items marked down more than 25%
  • Any article of clothing that has been worn, altered, or cleaned
  • Any item that has been embroidered, monogrammed, or engraved
  • Any underwear, boxers, or swim trunks
  • Any grooming products
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts
  • Custom-made products
