LADIES' NIGHTS AT HARPERS
Our women's department hosts monthly Ladies' Nights where new apparel is unveiled, entertainment and refreshments are served, and lots of fun is had shopping, conversing, and of course, enjoying wine and small bites from local State College purveyors.
