SHIPPING INFORMATION
We can ship to most addresses in the USA.
At checkout, you will be able to choose your preferred shipping method. All orders are eligible for $10 USPS Priority Mail shipping. Orders consisting of smaller items may be eligible for a $5 USPS Ground Advantage shipping option. We frequently offer a Free Shipping option for orders over a certain amount. If you choose Free Shipping, we will ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the best value. We also offer a UPS 2nd Day shipping service for $29. Orders placed on weekdays will ship within 1 business day. Orders placed Friday after 4pm will ship the next Monday.
We have a free In-Store Pickup option available to local shipping addresses. If you would like to place a pickup order but you do not have a local address, please use Harpers as your shipping address at check out: 224 E College Ave, State College, PA 16801. This will enable the Free Pickup option.
If you prefer UPS or a different shipping method, please reach out! We will accommodate you in any way we can.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you'd like to make a return or exchange, please follow the guidelines below.
Please request a return within 14 days of order ship date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
Items must be returned in sellable condition.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including: Items considered "Final Sale," "Final Markdown," or "Clearance"; items that have been worn, altered, or cleaned; items that have been personally monogrammed; underwear, boxers, or swimwear; grooming products; or custom made clothing.
Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
