I'm originally from Pennsylvania but now live in West Virginia. I found Harper's online and saw this unique retro Penn State hat. I really wanted it for my collection. It's now one of my most favorite hats. Shipping was super fast and the hat was even wrapped in tissue paper. It was a nice added touch to my order. I would definitely order online from them again.

This Penn State hat features an old school Penn State football logo on the front. Embroidered "PSU" lettering across the back make this hat something special.
